Returns, Damages & Issues

Because every item we make is handcrafted and often customized, all sales are final. However, we understand that unexpected issues can occur.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us at InfoBlackLineHiddenDefense@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description so we can promptly review and resolve the matter.

We take pride in our craftsmanship and will work with you to find a fair solution—whether through repair, replacement, or another form of resolution depending on the situation.

Refunds

If a return or refund is approved after inspection, you’ll receive your refund using the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

Please note that financial institutions may require additional time to post the credit to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at InfoBlackLineHiddenDefense@gmail.com for assistance.
